The Law Office of Mohd Harris, which happens to be a splinter of Harris & Zakiah, was established in January 2007 and is spearheaded by Mohd Harris Mohan. Prior to the formation of Harris & Zakiah, Mohd Harris practiced under the name and style of Mohd Harris Mohan & Partners, and after a partnership split, the practice of Mohd Harris Mohan & Partners was renamed Mohd Harris Abdullah. In June 2006, Mohd Harris Abdullah became knows as Harris & Zakiah. In December 2006, Mohd Harris left Harris & Zakiah and commenced practice in Raub under the name and style of The Law Off of Mohd Harris.

We specialize in conveyancing, corporate litigation, banking, which include inter-alia, foreclosure proceedings, preparation of security documents and loan recovery. We sit in the panel of various firms, both listed and unlisted, and handle their litigation in the commercial and civil fields. We are also in the panel of LPPSA and of several banks on an ad-hoc basis.

We have, to provide efficient services, our Managing Partner, Mohd Harris Mohan, our Partner, Syahira Alia and a capable team of professionals and semi professionals and a host of officers proficient and experts in their respective fields of appointments.

Apart from being in the panel of corporate firms, our Mohd Harris is also in the panel of several legal firms who occasionally seek his services, opinion and knowledge in civil litigation and our Mohd Harris was on several occasions appointed as lead counsel to handle complex litigations matters.
